Air Nuigini is the national airline of Papua New Guinea based in Port
Moresby and was inaugurated in November of 1973. Air Nuigini now
operates a fleet of modern aircraft serving domestic and international routes.
The Fokker 100 jets mostly fly domestic routes, but are also used on routes to Cairns, Honiara and Nadi.

F-GIOA BRITISH AIRWAYS (TAT Airlines)

TAT airlines was a French regional airline established in 1968.
During 1993 to 1996 British Airways gradually acquired the company and for a time the TAT F100's flew in British Airways livery.
BA's collaboration with the French airline was not a happy one and they disposed of their interest in TAT Airlines in 2001. During it's time as a BA
subsidiary TAT F100's operated routes between Paris and the UK.

80078 was actually  the "E" model with the slimmer, lower
powered, P&W TF33 engines.
80078 was operated by 141st Air Refuelling Squadron based at McGuire AFB, New Jersey.and took part in the 1997 Tiger Meet at RAF Fairford, England. This particular aircraft was retired from service in 2009 and was sent to the boneyard in Arizona for recycling.
